• Utilize recruiting resources to identify qualified IT professionals interested in positions with our clients.
• Internet sourcing, networking, outreach, and other sourcing techniques.
• Responsible for meeting a weekly goal of qualified talent generated from sourcing activity and presenting qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Specialists/Sales Reps.
• Post available positions online internally and externally on job boards and social media.
• Maintain all documentation using our Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn).

• No degree necessary; training will be provided.
• A competitive spirit and drive to build a long‑term career in Talent Acquisition or sales.
• Solid attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is mostly an on‑site position here in downtown Milwaukee. We pay for covered parking. A limited hybrid schedule can be worked out over time.
