Overview
Are you a strategic HR leader looking to make a lasting impact? We’re seeking a Director of Human Resources to drive people strategy, lead organizational development, and ensure compliance across a dynamic, global business. This role is a key member of the leadership team and reports directly to the President.
What You’ll Do- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Lead talent management initiatives including recruiting, retention, succession planning, and employee development.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
- Champion culture, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR policies, procedures, surveys, and reporting to support organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while overseeing department operations and budget.
- Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and technologies, applying them to improve processes and employee experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence leadership, drive organizational change, and deliver results.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent management systems.
- Play a strategic role shaping people and culture strategy.
- Work directly with senior leadership and influence company direction.
- Lead a high-impact HR team while driving innovation in talent management.
