Housekeeper Room Attendant

The Trade Hotel Milwaukee is the Official Hotel of Deer District, located in downtown Milwaukee, adjacent to Fiserv Forum. The hotel offers 207 rooms and suites plus destination dining with a rooftop restaurant and lounge. The property is managed by NCG Hospitality, a USA Today Top Workplace winner 2025.

• Finish all daily tasks within the given timeframe based on the minutes per room average determined by the number of rooms to clean each day.
• Prepare guestrooms for next arrivals by completing duties including but not limited to:
  • Clean and disinfect all areas of guestrooms and bathrooms
  • Replace bathroom and bed linens as dictated by brand standards
  • Remove trash and vacuum guestroom
  • Clean bathroom
  • Dust furniture and fixtures
  • Replace or add required supplies in guestroom
  • Stock cart with necessary linens and supplies, keeping cart organized as per standards
  • Complete room assignment sheets/boards and submit at the end of the shift
• Provide exceptional guest service by treating all guests with courtesy and a smile
• Report room status and maintenance problems accurately and timely
• Properly handle, label, stock, and store chemicals and cleaning supplies
• Starting wage for this position is $16.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience
