- Lead implementation of patient-centric models involving physicians, clinics, and hospitals
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Centers of Excellence and academic institutions
- Provide education and support to healthcare providers for rare disease management
- Execute strategic business and account plans based on market conditions
- Navigate complex hospital settings to access targeted healthcare providers and stakeholders
- BS/BA degree AND 8+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceutical sales, including 5+ years calling on prescribers of specialized products
- Proven launch experience in complex and competitive environments
- Demonstrated sales performance with quantifiable accomplishments in specialty pharmaceutical or biotech markets
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and market access fundamentals
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for frequent travel
- Master's degree preferred AND 6+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 4+ years of experience
- Experience in rare diseases and prior experience with Key Accounts and academic institutions
- Previous start‑up or market development experience
- Endocrine experience is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to plan, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify business opportunities
