Overview
My firm is pleased to announce a retained search for a Pharmacy Manager/Director role with a $40MM clinical pharmacology unit located in SE WI. This is an exciting opportunity for the right leader to be part of an organization experiencing exponential growth. This is a private company where culture and fit is extremely important. My client is seeking as a servant leader, with a strong coaching mindset who is willing to step in, not sit above their team.
The right candidate is a hands-on leader, who is comfortable working as a pharmacist up to 50% of the time, and willing to flex up during peaks (e.g., FPFVs, dosing windows, audits). This leader will be a part of a collaborative environment working closely with the Site Director, PI, and Pharmacy Technicians.
Thank you for your consideration of this opportunity.
