Shift Details: , 4 shifts per week with every other weekend rotation, also includes on call and holiday rotation.
Job SummaryResponsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non technical, and clerical functions.
ExperienceCompletion of an approved Phlebotomy program or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.
EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
LicensureASCP certification is preferred.
Special SkillsAbility to read and write necessary to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count instruments and complete count sheets are required. Basic computer, problem-solving and good communication skills are required.
