Job Summary
The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for front‑of‑house needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors, creating a helpful, positive, welcoming environment. Provides outstanding customer service in person and on the phone.
ExperienceA minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist, assistant, or in a customer service field is required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
SkillsEffective oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to multi‑task and strong proactive organizational skills are musts. Must have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and Epic Care is preferred.
