The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for front of house/patient facing needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone.

Provide patient and visitor assistance with a proactive, friendly approach to ensure a positive first impression and smooth patient flow. Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.

Experience: A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or in a customer service field is required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not necessary.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Skills:

Effective communication skills, oral and written; ability to multi-task; strong proactive organizational skills; excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and Epic Care is preferred.
