Partners with the Director, Pediatric Dental Residency Program to support administrative aspects of the program; including reporting to the Commission of Dental Accreditation (CODA). Works with Executive Director on data capture to drive improvement across the Oral Health Service line and specifically to inform residency training and compliance with CODA standards.
Requirements
Education (Experience can be substituted for education)
- High school Diploma or equivalent, associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three years’ experience providing administrative assistance supporting to senior leadership. Experience in program management/coordination and retrieval of data.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when reading, typing or hearing matters pertaining to strategic plans, as well as operational and personnel changes within the organization.
- High level of interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading
- Ability to work independently, ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize workload to meet daily demands and respond to urgent situations under tight deadlines. Has the ability to remain flexible and proactive, resourceful and efficient.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office products, including, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Mail Chimp, Survey Software and other Windows-based applications, (MS Project, Visio, etc).
