*** The Respiratory Therapist will provide quality respiratory care to patients from the neonate to the adult and families in accordance with established policies and procedures.

If a new graduate, will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner.

The Respiratory Therapist - graduate will take the skills, knowledge and clinical experience gained in school to work directly with a preceptor to build competencies in respiratory equipment, treatments, and patient assessment to provide the best and safest care to patients in the hospital setting.
* ** Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with a minimum of an Associate's Degree is required. ( students anticipating MAY 2026 graduation may apply now for consideration)**
* ** Must produce proof of passing the NBRC credentialing exam at minimum of CRT level prior to starting in position and have a Respiratory Care Practitioner license issued by the State of Wisconsin in process.
*** Clinical experience in hospital or home care is preferred.
* Possesses rudimentary assessment and basic analytical skills in order to perform limited patient observations.
* ** Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS)
** for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required within 30 days of hire.
* Requires interpersonal skills which involve collaborating with peers, supervisors and medical staff. Understands role of performing delegated tasks.
* Prefer experience with computer skills. Ability to stand and walk for up to eighty percent of work time when performing job assignments. to learn more:
