MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.
Job Type: Full-time (0.25 FTE)
Shift: 4pm-8pm every Wednesday, every other Thursday, and every Friday. Call every 11th weekend, 6:30am-4pm Saturday and Sunday.
Job SummaryThe Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for "front of house"/patient-facing needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone.
ExperienceA minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer service field is required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary.
EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Special SkillsEffective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and Epic Care is preferred.
