Full-Time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

FHN is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our fully independent, not-for-profit community healthcare system. This outpatient-only position pairs you with a highly experienced, board-certified Family Medicine physician with a long tenure at FHN and a deep understanding of the community.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible 4‑day week supporting genuine work/life balance

• Minimal on‑call duties
• Patient‑centered scheduling: average of at least two patient visits per clinical hour while allowing time for thorough, relationship‑based care

Requirements:

• Full‑time employment
• Current Illinois APRN license (or ability to obtain)
• NP experience strongly preferred; motivated new graduates will be considered
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence‑based care in a rural healthcare setting

• Salary range: $121,529–$160,593 based on experience and qualifications
