We focus on quality care, advanced treatments, and patient‑centered service. Our Ambulatory Surgery Center allows safe, efficient, and compassionate surgical care in an outpatient setting.

Position:
Monday‑Friday, daytime hours only—no nights, weekends, or holidays.

• Support seamless patient care by occasionally assisting at other Solstice Health clinic locations as needed.
• Prepare the operating room, setting up sterile fields, supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Assist surgeons during procedures by anticipating needs, passing instruments, and maintaining aseptic technique.
• Verify case setup requirements and ensure all necessary equipment and implants are available and functioning.
• Perform surgical counts (instruments, sponges, sharps) in collaboration with the RN to maintain patient safety.
• Handle specimens appropriately and ensure accurate labeling and transfer.
• Maintain and organize surgical instruments—clean, reprocess, and prepare them for future use.
• Ensure strict adherence to ASC safety, sterilization, and infection control standards.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to support efficient surgical care.

• 1–2 years of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist in an OR, ASC, or perioperative setting.
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced outpatient surgical environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
