Job Summary
The Speech/Language Pathologist provides comprehensive speech therapy services to patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned.

Experience
Relevant inpatient/outpatient experience is preferred.

Education
Master's degree in Speech Pathology is required.

Licensure/Certification s
State of Wisconsin license as a Speech Pathologist is required. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) as awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association is required or must be obtained within 18 months of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
