Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Milwaukee, WI, for a Senior Commercial Banker. The Senior Commercial Banker will oversee a portfolio of commercial banking clients, develop new client relationships, and assess financial needs to provide tailored solutions. The role involves underwriting credit requests, managing treasury and cash management services, and providing financial expertise to support business growth. Additionally, the role requires effective collaboration with internal teams, active business development, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Treasury Services and Treasury Management.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Finance and financial analysis.
- Experience in Underwriting and assessing credit risk for commercial clients.
- Familiarity with Portfolio Management and ability to oversee client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.
- Proven experience in middle-market commercial banking or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
