ROLE 2 — BaaN Senior Analyst (Invoicing / Billing Updates) Role Description (Senior Level)
- Lead invoicing/billing support for BaaN, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing.
- Own recurring billing‑related incidents (Invoice to BP updates, tax/sequence issues, downstream financial failures).
- Drive preventive fixes.
- Act as primary SME for billing flows across business, finance, and IT teams.
- Implement improvements in invoice validation, billing setup, and integration touchpoints.
- Strong knowledge of Invoicing & Billing lifecycle
- Accounts Receivable posting logic
- Billing master data dependencies
- Financial reconciliation skills
- SQL/data correction expertise for invoice failures
- Understanding of EDI impacting billing
- Ability to identify and resolve invoice batch failures quickly
- 6-10+ years BaaN billing/invoicing expertise
- Prior ownership of high‑volume invoice failure queues
- Strong background in billing process optimization
