Lesaffre s Baking Division leads with deep fermentation expertise, offering a portfolio of baking ingredients and services, including specialized yeast strains and enzymes, customized fermentation processes, and technical support. As an Accounts Receivable (AR) & Credit Specialist, you ll be the guardian of our company s financial health. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will ensure our invoice process runs smoothly, maximizing cash flow and revenue. By managing customer credit, verifying and posting cash receipts, you ll contribute to our bottom line and drive growth and profitability. Your commitment to accuracy and ability to identify potential risks will provide leadership with the financial insights needed for informed decision-making and long-term success.

• Leverage credit platforms to manage customer credit, assess risk, and establish appropriate limits
• Facilitate timely invoice payments and resolve billing issues to ensure strong cash flow
• Reconcile accounts receivable data with meticulous attention to detail
• Generate insightful reports for leadership on credit and collections
• Collaborate with the sales team to support customer onboarding and provide credit recommendations
• Seek opportunities to streamline processes and leverage automation in accounts receivable and credit functions
• Contribute to the development and implementation of credit policies aligned with industry best practices and safety culture
• Adopt a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and support the organization s financial success

• A two- or four-year degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 3 or more years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Working knowledge of personal computers, including Windows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations)
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Experience with Internet sites, such as customer portals
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), Automation & Interface Tools, and Credit Software (Bectran)

• SAP experience is strongly desired
• Fluency in a second language is a plus (Spanish or French preferred)
