This is a full‑time on‑site role in Milwaukee, WI for an Insurance and Financial Services Agent. In this role, you will build relationships with clients, assess their financial and insurance needs, and recommend products and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. You will provide personalized consultations, actively sell and service insurance products, and assist clients with financial planning. Additionally, you will maintain and grow client relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
- Proven sales skills and the ability to recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions
- Basic knowledge of financial planning and insurance products
- Effective time management, organization, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to work independently and with a high level of integrity
- Previous experience in sales, finance, or insurance is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
- State licensing for insurance and financial products (or willingness to obtain licensing upon employment)
