As a Property Tax Manager, you will apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to complex issues and supporting your career growth through engagement with diverse clients and peers.

• Support client engagements by coordinating day‑to‑day interactions with clients and reviewing staff work product.
• Drive the delivery of services to meet deadlines and manage engagement economics.
• Develop internal team members and continuously build technical competence by staying current on trends, developments, and legislation affecting clients.

• Demonstrate an understanding of complex commercial real and personal property tax concepts and apply tax knowledge to client situations.
• Develop and deliver quality tax planning approaches with timely and responsive services and work products that exceed client expectations.
• Identify and offer opportunities for tax planning and other special services.
• Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client’s tax situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions.

• A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent experience in business or industry.
• CPA or JD.
• Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
• Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed, and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment.

• A proven record in a professional services environment.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary range for this role in the US is $105,100 to $192,600; higher ranges for specific markets.
