Handling tax in a large, sophisticated organization goes beyond technical knowledge. As a Property Tax Senior Manager, you will lead engagements on a wide range of tax areas, devise strategic outcomes for complex issues, and mentor developing talent.

You’ll spend much of your time leading client engagements by coordinating day‑to‑day interactions with clients, reviewing staff work product, driving delivery to meet deadlines, developing internal team members, and managing engagement economics. You’ll continually build on your technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and legislation that impact our clients.

• Demonstrate an understanding of complex commercial real and personal property tax concepts and effectively apply tax knowledge to client situations
• Develop and deliver quality tax planning approaches with timely and responsive services and work products that exceed client expectations
• Identify and offer opportunities for tax planning and other special services
• Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client’s tax situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions

• A bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent in business or industry
• CPA or JD
• Broad exposure to state and local taxation
• Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment

• A proven record in a professional services environment
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
