The Lead Financial Advisor will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the company leads from seminars, workshops and referrals. Duties include meeting with prospective families to share the value proposition of working with Drake & Associates, participation in public seminars and marketing efforts.

Position Responsibilities- Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans
- Assist clients with annuities, life, long-term care, and managed money
- Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirement
- Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
- Active Life & Health license and Series 65 or 66 and 7 are required
- 3+ years of financial services experience with an emphasis on sales
- Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and management skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required
- Strong initiative
- Ability to market to local clients
- Persistence
- An entrepreneurial perspective to build client base
