As an Associate Banker you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge technology. Your work will significantly contribute to the branch’s success by delivering exceptional client experiences and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Job Responsibilities- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
- Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on the use of self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices (cash vault, ATM, etc.) while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with genuine care and concern.
- Excellent client engagement skills, communicating clearly and politely.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Team collaboration to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
- Rapid learning of products, services, and procedures.
- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
- Cash handling experience.
