This is a full-time hybrid role located in Milwaukee, WI, with opportunities to work remotely part-time. As the SVP–Specialty Deposits, you will serve as a senior leader responsible for managing and growing specialty deposit accounts while developing tailored treasury management solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with depositors including Family Offices, Property Managers and Non Profits, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, designing innovative deposit strategies, and overseeing the operational and compliance frameworks.

You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and provide expert guidance on deposit-related matters.

• Expertise in financial services, treasury management, and deposit operations, with a deep understanding of related regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Strategic thinking and business development capabilities, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in deposit solutions.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to address complex financial scenarios.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to a diverse audience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP) is preferred.
• Experience with tech-enabled financial services and a passion for driving impactful solutions to meet client needs.
