As an Accounting Supervisor (CAS), you'll guide firms and leaders through their financial journey providing high-value advisory services beyond compliance: thinking strategically, improving performance, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology.

• Lead CAS engagements
  :
  Oversee consulting projects across areas such as financial reporting, workflow efficiency, budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, or financial systems implementation.
• Manage client relationships
  :
  Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, shaping service offerings, and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Coach and develop staff
  :
  Mentor junior CAS team members, review deliverables, and supervise multitask workloads.
• Drive business development
  :
  Contribute to proposals, refine service packages, and support client growth initiatives.
• Maintain technical excellence
  :
  Stay updated on evolving accounting standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies affecting advisory services.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred).
• CPA designation required. CAS specialization (e.g., CGMA certification, experience with advisory frameworks) a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years in public accounting, with significant exposure to CAS or similar roles.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, process improvement, or systems advisory.
• Strong communication and client-facing soft skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, data analytics platforms, and accounting/advisory software (e.g., CCH Axcess, Sage Intacct, Power BI).
