Event Manager / Planner, Event Staff/ Venue Crew
Compensation: Starting at $25/hour (cash), with opportunity to increase to $40/hour based on experience
Schedule: 3–4 events per month (event-based role)
Dryvebox Milwaukee is looking for a dependable and personable Operations Manager to help deliver a premium golf simulator experience at our events. This role involves setting up, operating, and breaking down our indoor golf simulator, with opportunities to assist at outdoor trailer-based events for candidates experienced in trailering large equipment.

What You Can Expect
- Events typically run 3–5 hours, with approximately:
- 2 hours for setup
- 1 hour for takedown
- Travel time variable(but will be compensated for that time)
- You can expect to work 3-4 events per month, depending on scheduling and availability.
Before the Event
- Transportation of equipment with company vehicle
- Work with event coordinator for delivery instructions
- Set up simulator structure, technology, and related equipment
- Prepare supplies and materials for guests
- Ensure all systems are calibrated and ready for play
During the Event
- Welcome guests and create a fun, engaging atmosphere
- Set participants up for play and ensure waiver forms are signed
- Keep guests moving efficiently through the simulator experience
- Monitor gameplay and maintain organized equipment
- Troubleshoot or recalibrate simulator technology as needed
- Represent Dryvebox professionally at all times
After the Event
- Break down simulator and technology (approximately 1 hour)
- Safely pack and organize all equipment
- Ensure supplies and materials are properly stored for future events
- Return company vehicle
- Interest in or passion for golf
- Comfortable working with technology and light troubleshooting
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Experience trailering large equipment (preferred for outdoor events)
