Description
In the office/field 3-4 days a week and remote 1-2 days per week.
Targeted Years of
Experience:
5-7 Years
- Design and install the equipment used in transmitting broadband data over in-building networks
- Work with coax twisted pair copper or fiber optic cabling and complex networks as well as switching equipment
- Coordinate installation of new in-building networks or equipment
- Evaluate multi-tenant residence and business buildings to determine compatibility with different networks and systems
- Manage large build projects involving broadband services and ensure timely planning and implementation
- Produce technical documentation to determine build feasibility for candidate properties for broadband services
- Provide general ad-hoc operational support for local field engineering and sales teams
- General knowledge experience with the design and install of in-building network architectures
- General work area hazard identification prevention
- Knowledge experience with CATV provider termination points e.g. terminals pedestals
- Knowledge experience with Google Suite and other computer and mobility-based applications
- Frontline experience with working with customer/clients
- Must have a four-year college degree or equivalent field experience
CATV, MDU, telecommunication, CATV Infrastructure
AdditionalSkills & Qualifications
- Good with working on roof tops
- Ability to climb ladders
This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
