JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a Hardware Development Engineer to join our Milwaukee team!

You’ll design, develop, and validate electronic and mechanical systems,
troubleshoot designs, improve performance, and support product testing for compliance and quality.

• Develop microprocessor/microcontroller, FPGA/CPLD,
  analog & digital circuits
• EMI noise reduction techniques/countermeasures for PCB layout
• Testing to EMC/EMI regulatory certifications
• Signal Integrity measurements using Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes
• Conduct design verification, testing, and certification (EMC/EMI, environmental, functional safety)
• Collaborate with team members to optimize cost, manufacturability, and performance
• Create and maintain design/product documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years in electronics product design
• Experience with VHDL/Verilog, PCB layout, Ethernet/USB design, signal integrity, power supplies
• Passion for hardware engineering and continuous improvement
