You’ll have the chance to shape the future of how energy is used across some of the world’s most advanced VFD solutions. As a Global Key Account Manager
, you won’t just be selling products—you’ll be creating strategic partnerships that drive sustainability, performance, and long-term value.

You’ll be the voice of our most important global customers inside Danfoss, translating their needs into actionable plans that span continents and functions. • Lead strategic partnerships with large global OEMs by developing and executing global account plans that deliver measurable business growth.

• Act as the customer advocate within Danfoss by identifying their needs and collaborating with product management, marketing, and engineering to align on solutions.

• Build strong, senior-level relationships across customer organizations—from procurement to product development—to ensure long-term alignment and value creation.

• Drive regional engagement by partnering with sales teams worldwide to manage opportunity pipelines, customer satisfaction, and commercial strategy.

• Negotiate global agreements and lead pricing strategies to ensure profitable and sustainable business outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical) or business.

• Significant experience managing global accounts or selling to international OEMs, ideally in a technical environment.

• Proven success leading global, cross-functional teams and managing complex customer relationships.

• Strong intercultural communication skills and experience working across different regions.

• Willingness to travel 25–50% as needed to support global stakeholders and customer sites, including international travel.

• An MBA or advanced degree in business or engineering.

• Experience with
  Variable Frequency Drives or similar technical product portfolios.

• Skills in building business cases, growth strategies
  , and influencing internal stakeholders across a matrix organization.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
