Responsibilities
- Creation of refrigeration systems, HVAC plans, piping & control diagrams
- Backup Design Engineers in their absence to answer customer questions.
- Prepare plans, loads and appropriate paperwork for submittal to local and State agencies.
- Prepare inspection packets for all submitted design projects.
- Promotes and maintains a flexible cooperative, positive, team-oriented attitude with and between departments and end users.
- Travel to architects, contractors or government agencies to pick up or drop off plans.
- Associate Degree in Computer Aided Drafting, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of AutoCAD experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
