Entry Level Revit Technician

The Revit Technician will play a key role in developing high‑quality BIM models and construction documents for mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems across a variety of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. This role supports engineers and project managers by producing accurate, detailed, and coordinated drawings that align with project requirements, industry standards, and client expectations.

• Create, modify, and maintain detailed Revit MEP models for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Prepare construction drawings, schematics, and layouts with a high level of accuracy and clarity.
• Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure seamless integration.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows across assigned projects.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to interpret design intent and translate it into precise Revit documentation.
• Perform quality checks on models and drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
• Assist in developing families, schedules, and parametric components to support project needs.
• Support project teams during design, permitting, and construction phases by providing updated drawings and model revisions.
• Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to problem‑solving discussions related to MEP design.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
• Degree in Related Field.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary engineering or construction environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00/hr.
