As a Change Control Analyst, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and resistance management.
  • Reviewing and evaluating change requests.
  • Collaborating on time impact analyses for change requests, approvals.
  • Ensuring contractual obligations are met throughout change process.
  • Aiding in preparation of detailed change orders, detailing the change, associated costs, revised schedule, and necessary approvals.
  • Change control record maintenance, ensuring all submittals, modifications, etc., are tracked and recorded accurately throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support change management plans and strategies to aid in successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Partner with project teams and project controls to ensure change management considerations are integrated into project plans and activities.

What it takes:
  • 2+ years technical documentation evaluation experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to critically evaluate technical documents' functional specifications to ensure they are delivered to the required standards.
  • Experience in a position with high attention to detail is crucial.
