Sr Project Manager - Engineer

Molson Coors Beverage Company – Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range

Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr

Responsibilities
  • Provides advanced project management expertise required to execute projects complying with Molson Coors’ project management philosophy (FEL) and financial policies.
  • Works with consulting firms and construction managers to issue construction bids, purchase equipment and materials, and begin construction.
  • Leads Value Engineering opportunities to deliver optimal cost solutions while minimizing interruptions to operations.
  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert on electrical and automation scope, supporting Brewing, Packaging, and Utility Design PMs.
  • Maintains forecast of project expenditures, provides estimates at completion, and delivers projects to customer satisfaction.
  • Travels up to 30% of the time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (5+ years).
  • At least 6 years experience in sanitary food production environment, high‑speed, high‑volume packaging or process manufacturing.
  • Expertise with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) or Distributed Process Control (DCS) systems.
  • Strong project delivery track record with ability to complete complex projects quickly.
  • Excellent relationship building, collaboration, and accountability skills.
