Are you ready to relaunch your career after a break? Brady Relaunch is our Corporate Returnship Program offering a structured, supportive, and empowering opportunity designed for professionals who have taken a career pause and are now ready to re-enter the workforce.

We’re looking for self-motivated, passionate doers with an innovative spirit who are ready to relaunch their career with a little boost from us.

We welcome returners with a variety of backgrounds in the electrical, mechanical, firmware, and software engineering fields, as well as chemists!

This program is a pathway to refresh your skills, gain updated experience, and rebuild professional networks while contributing meaningfully to real-world projects within our organization. This is an initial three month commitment, with an opportunity to join us full time.

We welcome professionals with diverse experiences and backgrounds who have taken a voluntary career break of [2+] years for reasons such as caregiving, entrepreneurship, personal development, or other life circumstances.
