Pay Range: $85k - $105k + bonus

Base Pay Range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr

Connect Search is hiring an Engineering Project Manager in Milwaukee.

• Manage project execution to ensure successful and timely completion.
• Communicate project schedules, change proposals and related project activities.
• Establish project milestones and identify potential risks; develop and implement strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and deadlines.
• Develop, initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting destruction? (Please verify).
• Coordinate activities of project personnel.
• Coordinate and monitor activity and performance of outsourcing partners.
• Assign duties of authority to project personnel.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings related to projects.
• Coordinate selection of project personnel.
• Develop implementation plans that include cost-benefit or return on investment analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in project management or in a similar position.
