• Perform HVAC Engineering for Healthcareünschen facilities including the production of drawings, specifications, calculations, and design reports.
• Coordinate between multiple disciplines and attend regular meetings.
• Perform computer‑aided drafting using Revit and design for various projects.
• Participation in commissioning related activities relevant to the design process.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant design experience.
• Experience in the design and specification of HVAC systems for healthcare facilities.
• Understanding of Healthcare design codes and standards.
• Commissioning experience would be a plus.
• Experience working with HVAC load calculation and energy modeling software.
• Proficiency in the following software is preferred:
  Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office products.
• Good communication skills andadura the ability to work independently are crucial.
