Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Revit Technician to support Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing disciplines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate, coordinated, and detailed 3D models and construction documents using Revit. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality design deliverables and seamless collaboration with engineers, designers, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Produce construction documents, shop drawings, and coordinated BIM deliverables
- Interpret engineering sketches, markups, and specifications to create accurate models
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model coordination and clash resolution
- Update models based on design changes, RFIs, and field redlines
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows in alignment with company and project requirements
- Assist in the creation of schedules, diagrams, and system layouts
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project teams with model‑related tasks
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications
- Certificate, associate degree, or equivalent training in Drafting, BIM Technology, or related field
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
