Estimator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in take-offs and conceptual estimating, working closely with project managers and clients to deliver precise estimates.

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide clear and concise estimates.
• Utilize estimating software to generate estimates and manage bidding processes.
• Review construction documents and perform take-offs to ensure comprehensive estimation.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an estimator on commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong proficiency in take-offs and conceptual estimating.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and clients.
• Experience with estimating software and cost estimation processes.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

This role is based in an office environment, where you will work with advanced estimating ખાસ software and engage with a dynamic team. The position may require occasional site visits to better understand project requirements and conditions.

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
