Estimator Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in take-offs and conceptual estimating, working closely with project managers and clients to deliver precise estimates.
Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide clear and concise estimates.
- Utilize estimating software to generate estimates and manage bidding processes.
- Review construction documents and perform take-offs to ensure comprehensive estimation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an estimator on commercial and industrial projects.
- Strong proficiency in take-offs and conceptual estimating.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and clients.
- Experience with estimating software and cost estimation processes.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
This role is based in an office environment, where you will work with advanced estimating ખાસ software and engage with a dynamic team. The position may require occasional site visits to better understand project requirements and conditions.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
