Full-time

Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire, WI offices.

• Set goals, monitor, and implement short and long‑term vision for team as part of the annual business plan.
• Manage scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget for the entire project lifecycle, from project pursuit through delivery.
• Lead and mentor colleagues on transportation related projects.
• Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Communicate effectively internally and externally.
• Assist in determining staffing needs, recruiting and retaining staff.
• Administer the JT Quality Assurance process for all projects.

• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PE.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attendance at conferences.
• To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.
• Occasional travel out‑of‑town and overnight for professional development and/or project‑related work.
