LocationsGreen Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire, WI offices.
Job Responsibilities- Set goals, monitor, and implement short and long‑term vision for team as part of the annual business plan.
- Manage scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget for the entire project lifecycle, from project pursuit through delivery.
- Lead and mentor colleagues on transportation related projects.
- Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
- Communicate effectively internally and externally.
- Assist in determining staffing needs, recruiting and retaining staff.
- Administer the JT Quality Assurance process for all projects.
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 8+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PE.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attendance at conferences.
- To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.
- Occasional travel out‑of‑town and overnight for professional development and/or project‑related work.
