We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (0–3 years of experience) to join our team. This is your chance to work on projects that shape communities—ranging from residential and commercial land development to municipal infrastructure improvements.

As part of our collaborative team, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in areas such as contour grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, and more. You’ll learn from seasoned engineers and project managers who are invested in your growth.

• Design and prepare grading plans, stormwater systems, and sanitary sewer layouts for private and municipal projects.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create accurate models, drawings, and documentation.
• Assist in site development planning, including zoning research, permitting, and utility coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Support projects from concept through construction, including field visits and client meetings.
• Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in civil/site engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with land development standards, stormwater regulations, and municipal design practices.

• Experience with private site development projects (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Exposure to transportation engineering or roadway design.
• EIT certification or active pursuit of licensure.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin DNR and local permitting processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.
