Strategic direction, development and launch of autonomous mining products. Manage the lifecycle of products from concept through end‑of‑life. Deep understanding of the mining or heavy equipment industry, customer needs and market trends. Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and operations teams to deliver innovative dantotsu products. Lead product management and automation strategy. Work with customers to understand the needs of automation in their businesses and with product management & engineering to develop automation and operator assistance technologies.

Define feasible technical and commercial pathways to deliver required functionality, and to develop foundational automation capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and five years experience in product lifecycle management, implementing strategic product plans, creating ideas for new features or systems, determine feasibility and development of new equipment and features, in mining, construction or heavy equipment industry. Product management with an understanding of autonomous systems and technologies (perception and localization, navigation, motion planning and control systems, supervisory systems, digital communication technologies and functional safety).

Record of successful product launches and revenue growth.

Travel: 20% travel to distributors, manufacturing facilities and customer sites both domestic and international to collaborate on product development plans.
