Mechanical Engineer; Milwuaukee, WI

Hiring a Mechanical Engineer with design knowledge and experience of machined and fabricated parts (e.g., shafts, bearings and housings, drive components, mounting plates, precision spacers, structural frame weldments, sheet metal bins). Prior experience required with machine redesigns/retrofits, designing individual parts and components of a machine.

Location:

West Milwaukee, WI.
Salary: $90, DOE.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years experience as a mechanical engineer
• Proficient with at least one of the following 3D CAD software:
  AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Solid Works
• Design and redesign of machine components and fabricated parts (e.g., shafts, bearings and housings, drive components, mounting plates, precision spacers, structural frame weldments, sheet metal bins, channels, covers, ducts, etc.)
• Experience in a made-to-order type environment focusing on semi-custom machinery

• Experience with aftermarket parts
• Experience with bottle filling or capping equipment

• Designing machined and fabricated parts
• Preparing proper BOMs based on design using primarily Solid Works and some Inventor
• Analyzing and prioritizing projects based on scope of established internal operations schedule
• Interfacing with the Production Department to conduct machinery mechanical testing and interface with other departments
