Senior Manager, Engineering

Our client is one of the world's largest producers of outdoor power equipment and is a leading designer and manufacturer. Their products are designed, manufactured, marketed, and serviced in over 100 countries on six continents.

We are recruiting a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead a high-performing team focused on innovation and continuous improvement. This role oversees new product engineering, R&D, and advanced manufacturing initiatives, while driving process optimization and cost-reduction efforts. You will provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and forward-thinking solutions to ensure organizational success.

• Lead and mentor engineering teams in the design and development of battery management systems and related technologies.
• Drive new product development processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate across departments and manage customer and supplier relationships.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning for product safety and quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including battery systems and motor controls.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering tools and data analysis; ERP experience is a plus.
