SummaryWe are recruiting a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead a high-performing team focused on innovation and continuous improvement. This role oversees new product engineering, R&D, and advanced manufacturing initiatives, while driving process optimization and cost-reduction efforts. You will provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and forward-thinking solutions to ensure organizational success.

Primary Responsibilities- Lead and mentor engineering teams in the design and development of battery management systems and related technologies.
- Drive new product development processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate across departments and manage customer and supplier relationships.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning for product safety and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of engineering experience, including battery systems and motor controls.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering tools and data analysis; ERP experience is a plus.
