- Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and resistance management.
- Review and evaluate change requests.
- Collaborate on time impact analyses for change requests and approvals.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met throughout the change process.
- Aide in preparation of detailed change orders, detailing the change, associated costs, revised schedule, and necessary approvals.
- Maintain change control records, ensuring all submittals, modifications, etc., are tracked and recorded accurately throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support change management plans and strategies to aid in successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Partner with project teams and project controls to ensure change management considerations are integrated into project plans and activities.

- 2+ years technical documentation evaluation experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to critically evaluate technical documents' functional specifications to ensure they are delivered to the required standards.
- Experience in a position with high attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
