We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer for our downtown Milwaukee headquarters. As part of our Mechanical Team, you will have opportunities to:

  • Work on diverse projects in education, healthcare, transportation, hospitality, commercial, industrial, and renovation sectors.
  • Leverage our national client relationships for projects across the Midwest and beyond.
  • Engage in project pursuits, proposals, and client relationship development.
  • Mentor junior staff and pursue professional growth.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Developing drawings, P&IDs, and specifications for process and utility piping systems, including materials, insulation, hangers, supports, and fabrication/post-installation procedures.
  • Managing projects and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Coordinating across disciplines and attending meetings.
  • Using Revit and other software for design tasks.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • PE license.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of ASME codes and standards.
  • Experience with piping stress analysis; commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
