We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer for our downtown Milwaukee headquarters. As part of our Mechanical Team, you will have opportunities to:
- Work on diverse projects in education, healthcare, transportation, hospitality, commercial, industrial, and renovation sectors.
- Leverage our national client relationships for projects across the Midwest and beyond.
- Engage in project pursuits, proposals, and client relationship development.
- Mentor junior staff and pursue professional growth.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Developing drawings, P&IDs, and specifications for process and utility piping systems, including materials, insulation, hangers, supports, and fabrication/post-installation procedures.
- Managing projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Coordinating across disciplines and attending meetings.
- Using Revit and other software for design tasks.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
- PE license.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of ASME codes and standards.
- Experience with piping stress analysis; commissioning experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
