POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the project team on several smaller or larger complex projects and serve as a lead technical resource on smaller projects.

This can be a Travel or Relocation opportunity!

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders, keeping them informed on issues affecting project timeline and budget.
• Manage change orders, ensure accuracy, track as required, expedite materials, and estimate impacts of project changes.
• Interpret plans and specifications.
• Assemble complete submittal packages and other project documentation.
• Procure equipment, materials, and services; participate in subcontractor selection and hiring.
• Analyze and resolve complex questions and problems.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable systems design (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and understanding of system operations.
• Ability to read mechanical and plumbing plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CADD and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
