POSITION SUMMARY
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the project team on several smaller or larger complex projects and serve as a lead technical resource on smaller projects.
This can be a Travel or Relocation opportunity!
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders, keeping them informed on issues affecting project timeline and budget.
- Manage change orders, ensure accuracy, track as required, expedite materials, and estimate impacts of project changes.
- Interpret plans and specifications.
- Assemble complete submittal packages and other project documentation.
- Procure equipment, materials, and services; participate in subcontractor selection and hiring.
- Analyze and resolve complex questions and problems.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable systems design (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and understanding of system operations.
- Ability to read mechanical and plumbing plans.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CADD and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
