$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing new and innovative products that enhance and expand existing offerings.
• Contributing to the design of shaft grounding systems, measurement systems, and monitoring technologies.
• Designing and developing test stands for electric motors, grounding systems, and sliding electrical contacts.
• Performing PLC programming and LabVIEW development as needed.
• Programming, troubleshooting, and repairing circuit boards and related components.
• Participating in design review meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs are standardized, manufacturable, and meet all customer requirements.
• Tracking and documenting test orders and progress for new product development projects.
• Reviewing and maintaining design specifications and detailed drawings for accuracy and timely completion.
• Working closely with customers, product specialists, R&D staff, and sales representatives to assess product performance and develop recommendations for improved performance, longevity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborating with production management, industrial engineering, and quality teams to address customer issues, internal nonconformances, and product returns.
• Supporting process and product improvements by developing and maintaining effective manufacturing procedures and controls.
• Evaluating and refining existing designs to improve manufacturability, efficiency, and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Associate degree in a related field and/or 4-10 years of related experience.
• Working Knowledge and/or experience with electrical circuits and concepts.
• Working knowledge of PLC programming and LabVIEW preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical motors preferred.
• Working knowledge of 3-D Autodesk Inventor or Solid Works preferred
