Civil Design Engineer

Tek Pro Engineering is looking to hire aSenior Civil Design Engineer with direct Roadway/Public Infrastructure Design experience immediately!This position offers long term job security, competitive pay/salary rates, full benefits, and future career growth!

Must Haves:

• BS Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must Have 7+ Years of experience creating and providing design construction documents for large commercial construction projects.
• Thorough understanding of NEC Codes, Building Codes, Fire Alarm Codes and etc.
• Experience coordinating with MEP Design Engineers to ensure all specifications are met.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit or Civil3D is a HUGE PLUS.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Responsible for drawing setup, design development of plans and specifications.
• Provide construction support including bid evaluation, submittal reviews, responding to RFI’s, final walkthroughs, punch lists and developing As-Built record drawings.
• Thorough Understanding of Current Codes and Standards (NEC Codes, Fire Alarm Regulations etc.)
• Strong AutoCAD and Microsoft Office experience. Revit experience is a plus.
