Hourly pay: $25.50/hr - $28.50/hr
Compensation for this position includes hourly pay, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.
Primary responsibilities will include:- Build work orders and provide assistance and training to other associates to ensure all orders are built in the required timeframe and meet the required quality standards.
- Direct and perform a variety of warehousing duties including cycle counting and discrepancy analysis and resolution.
- Ensure that all customer orders and branch transfers are filled accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
- Create and maintain job folders, including pictures, drawings, and instructions for all jobs.
- Analyze and identify root cause of errors and inventory discrepancies.
- Minimum two years working in an environment of operations, distribution, logistics, warehousing, and/or electrical assembly.
- Electrical and/or mechanical background.
- Experience cycle counting, inventory reconciliation and automated systems.
- Knowledge of VE's system, processes, and products is preferred.
