• Conducting focused, high‑impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency skills
• Creating personalized motivational sessions through gamified literacy milestones
• Reviewing student performance data to refine teaching methods and identify actionable insights
• Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy tools using classroom feedback
• Building scalable, AI‑enhanced content that helps early elementary students reach grade‑level reading proficiency

• Teaching 90‑minute classes or adhering to traditional curriculum—students master academic subjects through AI‑adaptive applications

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to K–2 students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre‑written curricula
• Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning tools and adjusting to student behaviors within those platforms
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Available to work on‑site at one of our campuses:
