In this role you will serve as a visionary, Jesus‑centered leader responsible for designing, launching, and stewarding K–12 business programming.

You will bring a strategic mindset to building rigorous, real‑world learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom, while developing others and cultivating strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a commitment to helping students discover and develop their God‑given gifts and a passion for entrepreneurship and free‑enterprise principles. A successful candidate will teach and shape programming in business, entrepreneurship, and student leadership, intentionally integrating faith throughout the curriculum and ensuring long‑term impact, growth, and sustainability of the program.

Strategic

Program Development
  • Working closely with Aug Prep leadership and the Director of College and Career, lead the development, launch, and execution of a strategic plan for Aug Prep’s developing Business, Entrepreneurship, and Free‑Enterprise program across the K‑12 spectrum.
  • Share the program vision and long‑term goals for the program aligned to Aug Prep’s North Star, mission, Christian faith, and curriculum objectives.
  • Research and build understanding of existing programming and partnerships aligned with this work (ex. HS government and economics curriculum; mini‑economies within classrooms; partnerships with local nonprofits, etc.) seeking to connect the pieces within a broader vision.
  • Research, identify and build relationships with local and national organizations that provide best practices, offer examples of success, and can support Aug Prep in the development and execution of programming.
  • Develop hands‑on learning before‑ or after‑school clubs and opportunities for students.
